Podium is working towards being a community for athletes to be connected with opportunities. 

Currently, they are in discussions with corporate's who could be interested in engaging athletes for workshops, or corporate talks. It gives athletes an opportunity to earn an income, as well as further networking with companies in different industries.

Although they advertise specific roles on their website, they encourage athletes to sign up to their platform, even if these roles do not suit.
